Service

Movers Bilty provides software to create quotations, bilties, invoices and related documents for packers and movers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for complying with applicable tax and transport laws.

Account

Keep your login credentials confidential. One account is for one business; staff may use the account on their own devices. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Subscription

Plans are billed in advance for the stated period and provide unlimited document creation and PDF download during that period. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Renewals are not automatic; you choose when to extend.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create fraudulent documents, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other users' data.

Limitation of liability

Movers Bilty is a document tool. We are not a party to any contract between you and your customers and are not liable for losses arising from the documents you issue or from service interruptions beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Champawat, Uttarakhand. Contact: info@moversbilty.in.
