What a home relocation involves

A household move has four stages: a pre-move survey, packing, transport, and unpacking at the new home. Each stage produces paperwork the customer expects — a written quotation before booking, a packing list before the truck is loaded, a bilty (lorry receipt) when the goods leave, and a GST invoice with the final amount. Survey and quotation

Packing list and bilty

The packing list records every carton and item with its condition (good, fair, fragile, damaged) and the customer signs it on the screen. The bilty carries the consignor, consignee, vehicle number, driver's mobile, number of packages, declared value and freight — the document insurers ask for if anything is damaged.

Money receipts and final bill

Issue a money receipt for the advance, then a GST invoice with a scan-to-pay UPI QR code on delivery. The dashboard shows what is still pending from each customer.
